The delivery via Amazon Grogeräte service we had some problems, the freight forwarders were rude and have the refrigerator only parked on the ground floor in the stairwell, with the comment that they never get to the stairs. They refused to remove even in the presence of the addressee, the massive package of polystyrene and cardboard to transport the equipment to the site.
By joining forces, we have to bear it with the help of friends in the evening but fairly quickly hammer out the refrigerator in the apartment.
Then everything went great until, after just 3 months of freezer suddenly ceased his duties. It cools since by far insufficient. Meanwhile, the entire content is thawed and useless, what makes a considerable damage alone.
The support diagnosed the injury as a defective cooling system and gave the job to a service technician on. Alone the appointment with this, however, can probably take 5-6 days ... not to mention the actual repair.
Such a failure after only 3 months is absolutely unacceptable for a device for 1500 because it is in everyday life immediately instructed and expected at such a premium product also appropriate reliability.
For me, the refrigerator was the first and last domestic appliance from LG.
Update April 20. (1 month later):
One month after the evaluation of the refrigerator does not work still.
The first technician was only beaten 10 days after the message because, even though we had indicated that we had every time right.
The technician has determined that the device should be replaced. Another 7 days later, LG has then reported again and changed her mind itself, now a special technician should fix the problem, which in turn came sometimes a week later. But in turn noted that the problem with the cooling circuit is irreparable but must be replaced. Since then we have not heard from LG .... luckily we ordered a small spare refrigerator at least in Amazon 3 weeks, otherwise we would be lost genuine.
