This is a great little laminator for the price. I teach primary school and use this laminator almost everyday! It is quick and functional. It does not make a great deal of noise or odors, it works perfectly for my purpose. I can recommend this product with a clear conscience. As for the 'extras', its true thatthey are not of the highest quality, but the paper cutter works and is quite handy. They are not designed for durability, THEREFORE, If You Want to cut excessive Amounts of paper, best buy a sturdier paper cutter.
