this is a very good USB 3.0 cable. For me, the same speeds are possible, as if I pull the USB stick directly into the USB 3.0 port connect, which amount to 408MB / s, which says something for this cable! this value I reach but only if I some of my Samsung SSD 830 512GB Copy, which is connected to SATA3.
