The Samson GoMic I bought for shorter voice recordings and Skype / Webex conferencing. For the low price, it offers in my opinion a great recording quality and is well equipped. 3 characteristics can be adjusted: cardioid, cardioid -10dB and ball. I actually use only kidney -10dB, because here is virtually no noise is present and normal speech from 50cm distance is taken perfectly. The micro is connected via USB to a PC / Mac and instantly recognized. Also located on the microphone a 3.5mm headphone jack, which is used as a monitor, so you can hear if necessary what is being recorded by the microphone. I recommend the microphone to all who want to have a good audio quality in VoIP and from and similar to Podcast record.
