One-man operation with empty promises

In the beginning they are pleased about the pillow, the real meaning it meets.
But the quality is far from good / durable.

After a few weeks, the cushion discolored very strong, it is this typical Vintage White what one knows of smoking, when smoked heavily, the walls change color.

The cushion is very unattractive, even if it does the job.

If one removes the protective cover, you really have to make sure that no one is watching, because otherwise it will be a bad.
There is no continuous color, it looks as if animals urinated on it.

(Because of the plastic, the product may be not treated with bleach.)

The problem is, however, following neither animals nor smokers find in my apartment into place.

The looks of the rest of the pillow, as if a Rottweiler playing with it is also worth mentioning.

Sutures hold the beginning though, what the many positive reviews stated, as most less than 1 year to wait for the vote, but to vote the first impression.

After about 3 months the first seams are torn, the valve. The tightness remained.
The pillow is definitely no long-term investment, should be every 3 months to buy a new best, or at a time 7 cushions, so you can use another every day.

Or more meaningful, save money, and invest in a higher-quality pillows.
One then has a cushion which holds 10 years, of course you can buy 10 of these inferior pillow if you have enough space.

When I tried the manufacturer to guarantee to contact, I realized first that no proper contact possibilities are offered on the website. The email address does not work, but you can reach the manufacturer about Unwege.

Here the point warranty is not selectable.

I have tried it anyway, and for now get a response.
Where I was asked to turn me to another address.

(The cushion is favorable, but if the described problem could be solved in the future, it would be even better.)

Multiple attempts remained without reaction, although the messages have been read.

The advertised 3 year warranty is therefore only a lie.

I have the strong impression that the pillow is deliberately produced inferior to sell more products.

It is only a small German supplier, which actually sells only this water cushion.
More items are not listed on the website.

Why one can assume that the processing of each warranty claim, not at all financially possible.
Because I am almost sure that each pad gives up the ghost within the advertised time.

Conclusion: This item has just as many positive reviews, because most people evaluate a first impression. And because it seems hardly any competition.
