No - I do not compare with the more expensive cameras in 1000 with a larger sensor and do not stir me up to more than the worse noise - the pictures are really good.
Is a bit irritating that you do not have manual zoom remember what Fuji yes excelled so far. This great feature of remote operation via WLAN was probably sacrificed. About Apple and Android apps you can control a lot: It's fun!
I use an iPod Touch - and so can zoom and shutter operate, switch to movies. And I see what the camera sees - a lot more sense for self-portraits, as the display can now be turned so that you observed yourself, because it's too small and too far away.
Some technical tidbits as changes have particularly fascinating:
- Be able to make HDR images right now, so no shooting and the post in the computer then - no, this feature is probably my future standard for unique good shots.
- Similarly, the twilight shots have been improved - and considerably accelerated as all functions.
- Unfortunately, one division to another SP mode - no longer has as much Voreinstellmöglichkeiten. The new filters are built on one level down there and really fascinating. But only represent a selected color - and the rest in SW - often it will be so Gags not apply.
- The splash-proof - so shooting in rain - I did not even try, because the accessory is not yet available: So no UV filter, in order not to rub down the lens as it requires a special filter adapter, probably for non-deliverable Lens Hood. Hopefully he is only 62 and not designed even bigger, so you can take the filter for the X-S1.
- For now again motorized zoom there are fortunately left on the lens a second operating option for the left hand - a good compromise. Amusing the modifier key to decrease the zoom level by pressing a button, "a lost object retrieve" - it really helps!
- The water level in the form of a horizontal line sadly lacking - something really annoying because it was a great help with architectural photography.
- The SD card is now inserted from below, which is very annoying when you work with a tripod and an adapter, which must be removed when replacing yes.
- The battery fits unfortunately in the wrong position in the tray - you have to pay attention to a yellow mark, therefore needs light when replacing. A charger can be bought as an add - otherwise upload via Micro USB cable.
- The power button has become a dedicated button because the old position operating the zoom.
- There is no automatic switch to the viewfinder more which was very handy when approaching the eye - just a pure manual Keyswitching.
In conclusion, you can with the new features but still live quite well - persuade the extended possibilities. Although seemingly serving new Nikon is identical - only even a 60s-Zoom has - I remained loyal Fuji because I've done over the years a very good experience on many trips with this technique and quality.

Help - it's truly a great adapter - for 72mm filter. And what a cheap plastic ring that is fastened by bayonet. It looks weird plump out ... - but there is therefore no shadows!

Original sun visor and original filter ring does not fit together on the camera!
Either, or - absolutely incomprehensible.
So a sun visor with 72mm threaded into the filter ring in which even a UV protection filter was screwed. When the large diameter which gradually eversible rubber diaphragm would not shade in the 24mm-wide angle ...
