I climb for about half a year and wanted to use this trainer to target in addition to train forearms. This works quite well so far. I would, however, expected that the level medium already has a little more resistance. Who is not very unsportsmanlike and so want to buy a part, may perhaps think to bring the same "Heavy" variant.
