So sorry for the bad review, but this headset is very good, both in terms of sound quality as the holding on the ears. You just take the time to adjust to the contour of the ears, because this headset is "malleable" to fit perfectly the morphology of the ear. I put myself before a mirror to adjust and I went running, it held without problems. In terms of sound quality, it is also dependent on the quality of the source and the reader. I find it very good sound. Small flat, the sound adjustment filter barrette just the volume of the sound, so I had to increase the volume on my MP3. Very good product which suits my expectations.
