As convinced WWlerin it is certainly not easy to find an alternative but currently moves my scale no millimeters and motivation can also slowly. A real kick is needed! After my pregnancy was 20 kg more on it than before, with WW are already 12 Kg down in July but we want to go on vacation, until then have gone the last 8 Kg !!! I have a week now Turbo phase (3 meals by Almased replaced) behind me and wanted to leave here once a little feedback. First of all I must say that Almased taste really habituation thing but it would taste like schnitzel with fries that would be too easy ... ;-)
Day 1: Oh my God, this stuff is disgusting. But the gag reflex was ignored and away with the stuff !!!
Day 2: -0,8Kg smiled towards me my balance, but I endure the agony (and hunger)
Day 3: -1,1Kg ... madness ... (But I'm still hungry ...)
Day 4: -0,9Kg Meanwhile, I've gotten used to the taste, you can spice up a little, the drinks also.
Day 5: -0,8Kg So it can go on ..
Day 6: -1,2Kg Juhu !!! Where is my Alma ?!
Day 7: -0,5Kg sheep also makes crap ... ;-)
I have lost an incredible 5.3kg in a week. Now only 2 meals are replaced by Almased, the decrease is then so certainly not go on but I'm sure 8Kg are easy to create by July.
TASTE: The taste is Alma towards wet cardboard eggs, baby food and soggy oatmeal. So quite bearable, it does not taste as bad as it smells. :-)'ve Looked mixes always 5 tablespoons with 300ml water / milk (otherwise it was just too soggy) we added 2TL walnut oil (delicious, I must say, I now take the like for salads)
RATING: Almased gets me really 5 star, because it really works but I am sorry to deduct 1 star for the taste. (PS: I sometimes got me a teaspoon cocoa, so Kaba or something with pure mixed one should not but it has yet to work or ;-).?)
CONCLUSIONS: Certainly Almased replaced in any way permanently a healthy diet, it is meant to be used for the first "acceptance Kick" and cranking the metabolism. You have to have discipline, as with any diet. Nothing comes from nothing. The first 3 days are the most difficult, I had constantly hungry (no cravings but a chewing gum to the rescue) after that it got better and I had dinner sometimes problems my last drink to create.
TIP: We recommend certainly the app of Almased that you can download for free. It takes you through a 14-day program with weight curve and delicious recipes.
So check them out, I as an old skeptic can only say that this is really something that works well. :-)
