I replaced my shower column which was 6, bought in a DIY store.
Installation is particularly simple. It must first verify the spacing between the two inlet pipes and especially the length of the shower head arm; thereof is 40 cm, therefore suitable for a shower tray of about 80 cm.
Fixing is down to one hole to realize accurately, otherwise the column will be wrong.

In use: what happiness, the column is 3 floors above the water supply (set to about 3 bars) and the water heater and the pressure remains quite sufficient and higher than the old column. What I especially like is the precision valves. A few millimeters, it triggers the shower head or the upper knob, without a drop would continue to flow to the other output.
