One might indeed argue about the quality of German wines, but the Pinot Noir you have here I believe exclude. This here anyway, is really great. Tolle notes of red berries and woody vanilla, paired with a crisp acidity that but simply to match. Beautifully round, but still exciting and diverse. A wine from the Rheingau, I bought mri several times. Be sure to also try the base wine! Overall, a great alternative to the often expensive Burgundies from France.
