Graphics:
As in Mario Kart Mario Party does also the leap into the HD era well and was more than overdue.
The maps, animations and chars are all created with great attention to detail. This unique polishing the games you know anyway has always been of Nintendo.
Sound:
Sounds are actually quite efficient and pleasant stay in the background when you play with 4 people but you get them ohnhin hardly what with.
The effects and samples of Chars are as ever - you love them or you hate them.
Gameplay:
In addition to the party mode already known and very solid join beside the amiibo mode of Bowser mode as changes to it.
amiibo Mode: 1-4 Players
can his amiibos (unfortunately only a handful of words the Mario universe in a relevance) Insert
Here I would have expected that you can use all amiibos - would clearly brought more variety, but probably not quite fit into a pure "Mario Party".
The game turns out then as a kind of interactive board game. One sees his amiibos on screen, but must always make the amiibo on gamepad to roll and store items to be amiibo.
Those who do not amiibo can select from the remaining chars, then this looks like a cardboard cut (sticker Mario or Mario RPG) from.
Bowser Party: 1-5 players
This mode makes especially from 3 players you feel good and you can also compete for the first time to 5t where a then may compete as Bowser to stop the rest of the players in various minigames using the gamepad.
Here, the balancing is very well done. There are mini-games in which it is as Bowser relatively easy one or more players rauszukicken (this fall then out of the car and at the starting line again available as soon as the others have collected on board Life Points), in other mini-games, players are once again a clear advantage ,
All in all wars in the games we played but always Bowser who has stopped the other just before the target (= all Life Points each player depleted)
Mini-Game mode:
Here you can at Badminton (quite nice), a Columns clone (really funny), try the minigames from Bowser Party and a Mini-Games tournament.
Except for the Columns somewhat stands out quite nice, but no longer.
Other:
Unlockables There are also plenty of. Ranging from Chars, maps, vehicles can unlock various artwork for a photo mode and soundtracks.
With the amiibos (also with those without Mario reference) you can once every 24h freirubbeln scratch cards and unlock as coins, base for the characters in the game etc.
Here I had a total of something "more" liked. But is probably similar to Mario Kart in the form of DLC's or the release of 3DS version yet to come which I strongly suspect.
From me there because of the following "only" 4 stars
I Mario Party since the first part of games, bothers me in Party & Bowser mode be this traveling together in a vehicle a little.
There are for my taste a bit too little Unlockables from open play and turn up the WiiU daily reveal with all amiibos cards to probably is not the last word.
Missing online mode.
Here Nintendo would have done well, especially with regard to the fact that as mentioned in the introduction, sadly, really a whole bunch of people out there who know since online gaming is no longer as it is to sit together with "real people" on the couch to gamble.
Personally, I think it's good, however good that Nintendo complete this online is not yet forfeited delusion and the last manufacturer nor this offline Coop rail extremely forced.
Whether Mario3DWorld, Super Smash Brothers, Mario Kart or Mario Party just now - all have one thing in common. One can laugh along with real friends / argue and simply have fun.
