If you buy my phone I have completed this insurance in 2012. After my phone fell and had on the back and on the front of scratches, I took my insurance claim. The hotline, I have to reach late in the evening and I received an email directly with a shipping label. The package was picked up at my home by UPS. Even the date of the pick-up I was able to determine itself. My cell phone was picked up on a Friday afternoon so and the following week on Wednesday it was again, totally repaired in my home! Real total super and mainly fast service !! Since my phone had no problems in the operation, I have noted on the repair bill that please the settings and data of my cell phone should not be put back. Also it worked super !!
