About the bag itself much good has been written already. The most I agree. Unfortunately, my copy broke down very quickly. The upper seam under the handle broke away after a few weeks of use. Maybe I've loaded the thing too much, on the other hand I expect from an office bag and that I reintun a few books and folders and can carry around.

Either way - has really excited me the service provider DGI trend and the bike shop Kneuertz. And for which there is also the five stars. After a short mail exchange I could return the broken pocket prepaid and got a flash without a murmur a new one. Exemplary service. I am pleased not only the smoothness it process, but also that I now can continue to use the bag as I - apart from the material weakness of the first copy - for really well thought out holding. Thumbs up, so customer service has to work. Then you buy also gladly again.
