I am doing difficult me to describe a pepper flavor. Since I (as a hobby) stand daily in the kitchen, I'm always looking for new, exciting, unused. In Tellycherry pepper I finally found something special. The focus is different. Perhaps a shade sharper than ordinary black pepper from the mill. That's the first. Taste I have the impression that some citrus like to discover it. But nailed me not fixed it. The fact is: my steak and everything Seared taste better to me (just as I discover the discreet new pepper nuances, not in soups, stews, sauces, etc.) and I find in the Tellycherry the kick, I roast still needed. Therefore, there is only one thing to me: Thumbs up!
