I gave up my day and time (delivery 17-21 clock with waste disposal). This was confirmed to me by email. One day before the planned delivery called Hermes with me to confirm the delivery date. I thought that was definitely before positive.
On the day of delivery I was then but during the day a call on my cell phone, they wanted to deliver the refrigerator. Since I was at the time still at work, I had the forwarding out that I had specially chosen the evening appointment. They wanted a new first appointment with me, with a little persuasion, I managed to convince the driver but, as agreed, after 17 clock to come to me.
This then also works. When I asked why it had since given with the date "problems", I was told that delivery would be 17-21 clock that shipping is by 17 clock with me at the door, waiting for 10 minutes if I'm not then because, they are gone and there is a new date agreed. I thought that was now less tingling, but it had indeed now works for me and the issue is settled for me, this. Only as reference for other customers Maybe that was only with the shipping company with me on the spot so (zip code 45739).
The unit was set up to where it should go, took the old unit and from the very first sight, I was thrilled. Really an eye catcher. Thanks to Power he was cool cooled down within 2 hours, I have now set it to 5 degrees, which I find optimal.Es is however possible to select other temperature settings. The holiday-circuit at 15 degrees I have not yet tried that option but I find great.
Now that his title "the beginning of difficulty": when I arrived in my kitchen the next day, was the refrigerator in a puddle. I then found out that it drips from the threads of the water filter. Have taken out him several times off the seal and bolted again, nothing has helped, it dripped slowly, but steadily, which then after a few hours leads to said puddle. In addition, also in the bottle cages standing in the water ....
It was Saturday and I did not have high hopes to reach someone at customer service. I emailed Amazon and had over 1 hour (!!!) already a friendly response with several options. The water filters alone can not be replaced, either to deliver a completely new device or can I get a credit and can myself endeavor or sit down directly with Samsung in connection with a new filter.
I just got turned by mail to Samsung (which was not quite as easy as the Amazon) then. But from there I had the late afternoon an answer and a good tip:
Unscrew the seal and insert it into the water, then try again. I tried this once, the seal for 15 minutes in water've inserted, reattached and since it no longer drips !!!
I hope that now remains the case, then I am completely satisfied. This tip for all those who might have or get the same problem. So far, I seem to have been the first.
Overall I am very satisfied with the device so far and also with the settlement of customer service Amazon and Samsung. For me, large compartments for vegetables and fruits were important, the claim is fully met, good layout, good illumination by LED lights. The surface is very sensitive, you see no fingerprints on it.
Conclusion: Expectations fully fulfilled by the device, customer care by Amazon and Samsung very good, so the full 5 stars
