Grill well - substructure deficient - customer service is very good

With great joy I ordered the BBQ grill Texas. From the equipment and also the image of the base of this Grill offered everything I have wished for. After ordering swiftly followed by the delivery by freight carrier. Despite controlling for visible packaging damage in the presence of the forwarding agent, we were bitterly disappointed in the construction.

A grill was broken and a side panel so distorted that at an assembly of the undercarriage was not thinking. After contacting Juskys done easily overnight delivery of spare parts. A return of the damaged parts was not necessary. Thank for that!

Again we went full pleasure build the barbecue or the undercarriage and to put into operation. The doors are made of stainless steel, the remaining portions of the lower frame of thin, gray painted sheets. After assembly of the support base it was found that the grill was too wide for the sub-frame (6 mm), and thus did not fit. Furthermore, the doors and the side panels were so distorted that they were wrong and were not properly connected to the magnetic closure.

After renewed contact with Juskys and transfer of photos we received for our inconvenience, the better-equipped model "Florida" at no extra charge. For that I thank you expressly!

Unfortunately, the model Florida the undercarriage is deficient and / or the doors are warped. The company had also no idea Jusky which repair facilities there and offered us the return to. We did not select. We are now trying as much as possible to remedy this situation, as we finally want to grill and do not want to again make a dismantling and reassembly. We were already busy few hours to set up.

The service of the company Juskys was really very good, always helpful and friendly. At any time the company has Juskys us offered to withdraw from the purchase. However, we have now decided to live with the defect.

However, as I here you rate this product and not the corresponding service of the company Juskys, I can forgive only 2 stars for BBQ Grill. We are still angry about the lack of undercarriage.

The grill (applies to Texas and Florida) should not be operated with 5 kg gas cylinders (why not, is not clear to me). The other reviewers I agree insofar that no 10-11 kg gas bottles fit into the base. The gas cylinder should not be placed directly under the auxiliary burner also, it is but just with the supplied gas hose.
