The holder is pretty straight and sufficiently stable.
The ball end I need only open a screw in order to completely change the orientation can.
The thread adapter is also handy, something that comes not necessarily from other holders.

The only drawback for me is that there is no lock for the flash is present; have just a hole drilled in the side and a thumbscrew purely rotated.
