Had a little more warmth expected ...

I bought this electric. Foot warmer for a price in the Amazon offerings,
Although the recession already had something better can be. But the main criticism

Today I returned to Amazon the device. I could subjectively feel just a little warmth,
(Was probably only the sensible heat of the feet) a friend felt no heat.
Whether the device was broken or not, does not matter, it's back and I reduce of 4
to 3 stars.
