From the exterior dimensions ago according the LEDs about the good old halogen spotlights, the side look reveals no difference. The is only visible if you look directly to the radiator surface. When switched off, you look here on a variety of yellow dots that looks less beautiful, but ultimately habituation thing. When switched on, you do not look songs purely because the lamp really bright.
Without measuring instruments is a direct comparison with the Halogen lamps naturally difficult, but compared to the 50-watt halogen predecessors I could not detect any noticeable loss of brightness. Because the color temperature is a bit köher, the room seem even more brighter. Overall, not quite warm white, but still no disturbing cool white.
The beam angle is really good, though felt a little less than in the halogen lamp. Overall, do you manage but to illuminate adequately with only two spotlights a 10m² room.
Of the 10 purchased LEDs has after almost 12 months has not yet been a single service denied all hold iron by. Also is no buzzing sound, still flickering or the like.
Overall, I can recommend the previously 3.5 watt LEDs of sebson highly enough - although I previously can not comment on their long-term durability of course. But still: not a single failure at 12 months have so far neither OSRAM Philips still managed - so far: Hats off!
