Pro:
+ Comfortable, soft grip handle, also suitable for large hands
+ Very sharp, previous use By rubbing ginger and cheese was wonderful from the hand
+ 2 in 1 = fine or coarse grater in one unit (saves space and money)
+ Bracket at the end (for me additionally with rubber sleeve, which is not shown in picture) provides the opportunity to rub safe and reasonably non-slip set up while rubbing something, which is quite handy when rubbed in a bowl or on a plate
+ Plastic cover for the reaming area for attachment, prevents clean grip and protects the blades
Neutral:
# Stainless steel (you should expect at a reasonable kitchen utensil)
# Narrow shape (enough for most like ginger, nutmeg, etc., larger cheese trimming beforehand)
Cons:
- 2 in 1 = reduced friction area compared to a pure grater for coarse or fine, therefore limited workspace (you have to often rub in less space), set with me so far but no problem,
Conclusion:
* Handy and sharp
Super suitable for all what has to be rubbed in the small kitchen (ginger, nutmeg, lemon zest, cheese, chocolate, etc.)
Other:
Unfortunately, there is nowhere precise information on the size of the friction and the rubbing surfaces. So you can get an idea of it, I have measured it:
Grater without plastic Protection: length x width x height = 410 mm x 36 mm x 18 mm
Grater with plastic protection: length x width x height = 410 mm x 46 mm x 20 mm
Overall dimensions striking surface: length x width = 220 mm x 30 mm
Dimensions Klingenfeld individually: Length x Width = 90 mm x 24 mm
(Blade fields for coarse and fine are approximately the same size)
Note:
The review is an evaluation of the article after short use, on long-term properties and durability so far I can not say anything.
