Mir was very important that the phone is small and handy. I believe that we have but the time in which we have to carry around payphones with us ;-) behind us. On this point I find the X10 mini pro succeeded very. It is indeed small but still good to use. With my (delicate women's) hands to get along very well on the touch screen, the failure rate is very low tip. The touch screen responds in my opinion very good. The withdrawable keyboard keys have a good tactile feedback. Only I have the umlauts not yet been found, but perhaps hide itself ;-) very well in front of me somewhere.
Another aspect that was important to me is the battery life. I could not expect a period of several weeks at a touch screen phone, I was clear before, but I wanted the device does not necessarily have to put every day to the electrical outlet. Now, with the (replaceable!) Battery I'm really happy so far. Since I have all the "automatism" disabled (read: I call e-mails manually, have Internet and positioning etc. pp always off, unless I want to deliberately use the Internet or GPS.) And relatively little so "play around" , the battery will last 3-4 days. I think that's fine. At this point I have to praise also how easy it is to stop or turn up all data transfer with a few clicks. I think it's very commendable that I, for example Google may ban it, to locate my site ;-).
One feature that I really wanted, was a reasonable calendar. I have received. Entering the dates work quickly and intuitively easy to use. It is possible to be reminded at various times prior to the appointment, you can schedule regular appointments at various intervals and I find the calendar in view of the small displays designed very clearly. In the standard monthly overview is shown by a white bar if you on a specific date or an appointment has not.
What I, as active users of various social networking sites, very nice find, is the organization of contacts. It has been clear for each contact all correspondences seen so SMS, Facebook messages or email traffic.
Not so great is the camera, but that was not important to me right from the start, so I can get over it, that the images from being blurred slightly and despite lightning are rather dark.
GPS I only need to give it a try, as we had completely verfranst on a bike ride ... because it worked well and we have found our way safely back :-).
Otherwise, I must say that I find the Market for apps very confusing. This is the instruction manual saved on the phone itself, I find only logical, but I did not wirkich needed because I feel the operation as very intuitive. For the explanation of the symbols in the status bar, I look inside and I also find it quickly became.
A little disturbing is the rather dark display, at least when the sun shines it is a bit difficult to see anything.
All in all, I'm so happy with the phone ... oh yes it can, the phone also still ;-). Voice quality I find okay. Small drawbacks because of the camera, because there are certainly mobile phones with better, and for the display, otherwise I would recommend it for casual Internet users and non-so-frequent callers definitely. The price is for a smart phone indeed relatively low.
