Like many I read "Learning happiness" the very beautiful free Tal Ben-Shahar. A professor of Harvard specialist happiness is interesting! But between theory, social psychology studies and happiness for real, are there not a world? Of course I practice as I can the precepts of positive psychology, but I still have progress to make ... Hence my interest in the book of Florence Servan-Schreiber has studied at Tal Ben-Shahar and applied as the cook reproduces the chef's recipes. She is doing well and that gives confidence. For happiness is worked, you never say it enough. So a good report of practical book it is worth it!
