Unfortunately I could not rightly with this product.
you can not control the dose and do not know, you have now taken too much
or too little.
Moreover, it did not help me .. I even think it's gotten worse.

I try it again with the flora plus tubes, there's a 5x dose in there and have good times helped the last!
