What I found very disappointing was that there are no new ambition and character! That hit me really, I would have liked, for example, "curiosity" or "scientific curiosity" or anything in this way support the new careers. Unfortunately, there was nothing. Even in outdoor life, there was at least one "squeamish". Too bad ... The new neighborhood Magnolia Promenade or rather the business district is ridiculously small with 3 pre and 1 empty lot. What was that all about? I like neither the transactions nor the ideas that lie behind. Unlike the usual elaborate designs my shops are found very simple and unloving. Only if they are from different households, people meet at work - at least something! Unfortunately, you can after the work not remain on the premises, but the game is loading a mercilessly back home. So no chat with colleagues after work or overtime ... Here you can see the professional worlds do not remodel or rebuild - a shame ...
But what is really well done, is time management! I had a fear that the Join the Sim to work evenings probably no longer enough energy would be available to do anything about. But now to the careers in detail. The careers are found on cell phone like any other previously existing career and can umbewerben easily. The medical and scientific career runs from structurally similar, except that the tasks are adapted to the career. Scientists:
Actually you get as scientists tasks like "with colleagues talk," but you have to do research on the devices and achieve breakthroughs to advance much more. The equipment in the science laboratory are really cool and I find them at least quite funny. My Sim has also built at the very beginning something great, he then could try.
Policeman:
The police career runs a bit different, as you travel around a lot more. One has to travel to the scene to investigate tracks, take pictures, interrogate witnesses and then enter the data on the station in the database and analyze it. From the results then you start to create a criminal profile. Later, you have then the neighborhoods and patrolling the neighbors to question whether they have seen anything. In cases where suspicions, so you can write out this Sim to search and then have to consult on a particular plot of the game, the witnesses whether they saw a Sim, to which the description fits again. Here I found the information often is not helpful, and then just have the arrested, who matched the description. Unfortunately, I never found out whether it was ever the correct Sim. I think the police career is so far the most diverse, since it has to do more through the different perpetrators. Unfortunately, you never know at first what was actually committed a crime. Unfortunately, the career is also the most bugs. My Sim is stuck in surveys already 2 times, I am God came out thanks again, as I have clicked on the bar and premature termination. As interesting as the police career is also, I would have still wanted to know more about the actual crime, rather than just getting to collect traces, evaluate it and then output the Sim to the manhunt. If you have not closed the case within a day, but it works the next day on the case thankfully on. However, I would sometimes like an overview of the found tracks (the game also says look in notebook on, I've not yet discovered T_T).
Finally, I have also once again viewed the business world in detail, you can for example purchase a business over the phone, do Sims and any goods (as before in Open for Business) to sell, but unfortunately for example no Florists or children's toys ... Everything what can be purchased through the purchasing catalog but you can sell or even his pictures or a photo shop with your own photos. As noted above, I find the shops area much too small and too carelessly designed. The neighborhood looks quite empty and quickly put timbered. There is still much room for improvement.
On the whole, I make the "new" careers but fun, but I almost suspect that the long-term motivation is something inevitable. Due to lack of effort and features the very small business district and the bugs in the police career, therefore only 4 instead of 5 stars.
