Head a flop but Gump Trade Top

Had I the DH-55 ordered for the purpose of panoramic photography and unfortunately had to find that this head is not suitable.
On the existing board, I had secured a Nodalpunktadapter. This was equipped with my Nikon D300s and a wide angle lens (10-20mm). I think together there were about 1300 grams, which meant that the screening did not work and was unusable. Furthermore, the turret has then bolted when shooting clockwise itself and blocked and acted in complete very unstable and wobbled. Have his head now replaced by the Mengs PAN-01 and DH-55 sent back to Gump Trade back. The PAN-01 rotates very tired and the lack of screening I've replaced by marks on the scale.

But Much praise must go definitely to the company Gump Trade, they had charged me the purchase price with the new order.
