MAJ of 24/07/2014: Beginning of July I received a new head + microfiber brush to replace the one that no longer holds. So I want to point out the seriousness of the brand, however it took me to write in Germany contacted by the responsible French 10 days later, and then second stimulus to the same manager for without new for 1 month, and finally receiving the product replacement.
I remain still in doubt that my first mishap does not recur again ....
