The small plastic tab that clings to the headset breaks or distends in 2 months despite careful use. There is a spare earloop provided but since it lasts two months on average, we are not going far enough ... disappointed by this problem I think change brands on my next purchase. I do not find it normal not to find Original BTE in pieces and I find it completely abnormal to have to change a headset that works just because of problem-ear ...
