Heard and ordered.

The what Elize Ryd delivers here reminds me a bit of the time Nightwish when Tarja was still there.
With her voice Elize Ryd provides both deep pitches, as well as at higher pitches from a 1A result. Nevertheless, one should not compare Tarja and Elize each other, because they both have a different voice.

In Amaranthe I particularly like the change between the 3 votes.
Elize with her clear ringing voice, Andy with his screams and Jake with his voice.
I just find this exchange between these 3 votes Amaranthe makes it special.

I do not have the debut album, because to me that has less liked than "The Nexus".
But some believe that it is hard to find differences between the two albums, but the audio samples of the debut album but I mean a certain difference observed.
"The Nexus" works for me overall a little faster, a little electro moderate (in part due to the Dubstepeinlage in Afterlife) and a little more massive than the first album.

Overall, I find the album very well and I am glad that I happened to come on the tape. Nightwish I have turned my back after Tarja was gone, because the voice of Anette Olzon I did not like and the current occupation with Floor Jansen not at all like that. Had Nightwish then opted for Elize Ryd, then they would have been the perfect replacement for Tarja in my eyes.

But well, it Elize Ryd supplies with Amaranthe very good songs from :).
