I bought the neck pillow in December last year. The heat output is mMn sufficient if you do not have 3 layers of fabric between the skin and the pillows ... perfect for the evening on the sofa. However, the heat regulator has blown groundless after about 2 months. Has burnt smell and the heating pad would be held no longer. Previous skills and get to about 1 week replacement. Then after about 3 times will use the same. Again blown, for no apparent reason. The regulator was exposed, not covered on the back of the sofa, the heating pad was not covered or equivalent Sent back - again to get another, and even that is by 1-2 times blown. Every quibble replacement of Beurer, however, this is thus a product of what we estimate for completely disabled. Now there is a new brand from another.
