Customer Review

Since the events in Idris weeks have passed and it seems as if life would Clarys in the direction of contact in which they always wanted to have it. On the side of Jace and the existence of a shadow hunter, she aspires. Her mother marries, their practice sessions with Jace species often out in wild Knutscher land and everything seems to finally calm down. Unfortunately, however, may not always everything remain pink plushy and soon creeps into the life of the Shadow Hunter and also in Simons Daywalker existence a sinister power. Something or someone it seems to Shadow Hunter in New York apart to have, the more and more of them the Schattenweltler be dead in the various districts "found. All that and Simon two-pronged love driving, a Jace the well again completely austickt and a dark veil of secrets expects in City of Fallen Angels.

~~ ~~ My Opinion
Hooray, hooray part 4 is here - it said when I pulled the book out of the package. Ever since (too) long time I wait for City of Fallen Angels and now the wait is finally over. It's thrilling and emotional rollercoaster moderate further with Cassandra Clare's shadow hunters.

What I liked in City of Fallen Angels? - The first question will probably be the provide it to you. Well here so remains only one thing to say: Jace. Our pretty boy with caramel hearts and cursed hard diamonds offset dish. Also in City of Fallen Angels, he has it done to me, but honestly I thought after the two so (oooo) it would have been through a lot in their relationship finally forward instead walk backwards. If you still believe that you are unfortunately wound wrong, because here I answer the same question which I did not like. Although there are some very beautiful and hot scenes, I had the feeling that Cassandra Clare has warmed up the feeling of City of Glasses, as Jace still thought he was crazy to love Clary. Unfortunately, that was often present in part 4 and has made me as a fan a bit annoyed eyes roll.

But all in all the action was, as always exciting and you could not fully look behind the facade to the last. But it shows clearly that not really a part of 4 was provided as in COFA no real secret from the predecessors was revealed, but that did not really bother me, since new arise.
One complaint I have, however, yet (do not equal disengage with me :)) the jump in the characters. This is such a thing and has often made it hard to read, because you often hopped from here to there and had no idea how and what. In the first three parts yes Clary was the most attention to part, but here it was sometimes very indistinct. Simon, then Clary, then even Magnus and no one really long remained the protagonist ".

So now, but times to stop the grumbling. Overall, the novel is really worth reading! While he languishes often something there, but my heart for Jace and Clary as always caught fire and in the end, the well-known tears paved to the surface until the absolute evil Cliffhangerende. Therefore, an advice: read the last 10 pages are not before the appearance of the 5th band, otherwise you'll crazy, throw the book against the wall and need in a padded cell with Hab-me-love-jacket.

~~~ Conclusion ~~~
A successful continuation with small blunders but a lot of feeling. For fans an absolute must! Absolutely the wrong for newcomers because it indeed part have not yet been read 1-3 (shame on you the Rezi have read! ^^) My stars are this time 5 in number, even though the trend has almost went down.
