Heavy start and lack of use

Unfortunately very bad experience. The installation went smoothly, the problem, however, is again in the registry at Magix.
Why again: Because I already have a Magix product and also because I had to register with Magix. Without this process, it is also not possible to use the product. Yes, and now it will be my undoing because my password (which must be definitely right!) Is not accepted. Well in such a case, one simply selects Password Reset. But even this does not work. And the option to just re-register, does so not because the e-mail address is already registered.
To set up your new email account just for the program, I find Pipifax. The program is expensive enough that such a problem has not even occur.
I wish really to be able to better report because I had already been looking forward to the special features, but now I'm even more disappointed with Magix.

Once I have the first vote, only set the upper text online, the producer came with the desire to solve my problem. That worked then without any problems with a temporary link. My husband is a passionate mountain biker and let the camera now with always letzenendes but not to edit the videos but to analyze driving mistake and routes. The offered through the program editing options he finds useless for his purposes. Something crop, and adjust the color tone, as he would have hoped for more already.
Furthermore, it does not work on my laptop (with Win8 32bit) but only on our StandPC .... this limitation can be found only in the small print. This should be a renonimierter manufacturers like Magix already different and can communicate more openly.
Then you have to unlock the software on a monthly basis yet again or prove that you bought it ?!
