I had the previous model, the KDC-BT43U, which unfortunately did not work the Bluetooth feature on the phone with handsfree function for a week. This I was able to return without problems, and now made the KDC-BT34U. My workshop has installed the radio and moved the line for's microphone. The hands-free option for mobile phones was one of my main reasons for choosing this CD Reveiver. Now I am, try after a few weeks, very satisfied. The phone Speakerphone with the iPhone 4 works perfectly. I can even use Sirius, although that is known to be only moderately during Iphone 4. If I anschalte Bluetooth from the mobile phone before turning on the radio, the radio automatically builds in about 30 seconds on the contact and I make a call or receive a call. TIP: Should even be problems with the coupling of radio, cell phone, and nothing can go> the Iphone in the Bluetooth settings, select the Radio and then "this unit ignore" button. After that you can then perform a base-pairing and everything goes back. With the usual functions of the radio and CD player, I am satisfied. Likewise with the USB and AUX input. Sound quality and reception quality for this price I find absolutely fine. There are the usual settings such as height middle-depth regulation, loudness, stereo Mono, traffic info, 6 Station selection buttons (for 18 seats), Random, Repeat Title, and more. A mute button does not exist unfortunately. For detailed advice, there is the KDC-BT43U. I've bought an adapter for 39 to, so I can now control the Kenwood also the steering wheel controls. So I can now do almost everything from the steering wheel - in my view, a margin of safety. Conclusion: A really powerful CD Reveiver speakerphones, easy to use and moreover inexpensive.
