This is the third that I buy in 6 months, 2 for external HDD of my children and 1 for a Garmin GPS. If we really want to protect, there is no better price / quality ratio. This rigid case is a little thick (30 mm) but offers nothing in common with that of flexible protection covers. If dropped (table height) disk will for sure no damage, even on tiles! The internal dimensions for a DD (GPS) 85 mm x 140 mm and maximum 25 mm thick. 2 separate and padded pockets. Lets also store the power cable from the hard drive. I unreservedly recommend this product.
