The lamp looks quality by the metal case (side parts made of plastic) and glass cover. Totally quiet, silent operation with no annoying hum.

As mentioned by others, the black cable is inappropriate. But a low-priced white Euro 8 cables can be found on Amazon.

The same lamp is sold with other providers for 10 and 20 euros more. My was appointed at ELV.
