A positive feature is:
- Stylish & high quality design
- High-quality materials
- Continuously adjustable browning level of toasts possible
- Integrated bun warmer
- Integrated and removable crumb tray with a click function.
- Buttons are illuminated in white and also High quality
Negative falls on:
- Even though the quality may be high, but the price is too high for a 1-slot toaster. Approximately 65 is too much.
- Erroneous advertising. This toaster is not a power-saving miracle. 600W for a slice of toast ???
Security check:
Since I professionally work in the electrical engineering industry, I have the opportunity to test the device with a Secutest S2 of Gossen Metrawatt on electrical safety by DGUV V3 (formerly BGV A3) at a test station.
Here scores of Toaster WMF. In security we have here probably put a lot of value. The device has very good values in all areas. A Use is possible without risk.
Power saving factor ?:
The toaster is advertised with a power-saving advantage of 44%. This statement I think is questionable.
Capacities on the toaster will be 600W. (At maximum power the device requires 545W)
Comparing a cheap 2-slot toaster goes into the race with 1400W (and required at maximum power about 1300W), makes me question whether about 200W really 44% are compared two at a bay.
However, I assume that someone who spends so much money for a toaster will not be really picky the current ...
Summary, one can say:
The toaster is very modern and handy and packable. The functionality is very good; particularly the continuous adjustment of the browning factor has it done to me. You buy in across the board quality, though in my view for too high a price. We are pleased that you have paid attention to safety.
If you asked me who buys such a toaster, I would answer the question as follows:
"A single household with high standards, modern style and too much change ..." ;-)
