For anyone who feels stressed, worried and caught up in the daily treadmill of Pressures, I highly recommend this book. Admittedly, at first sight it might seem rather somewhat like a layman's piece of work, but do not be put off, Because I assure you That the content is worth every bit of its money (and seeing did a CD is included, I have to say the price is morethan fair!). And after all, we are not looking for a piece of art, but for help, and that, indeed, this book offers in all ways. The writing style is easy to follow, the author keeps to the essentials, yet offers all details or information That is needed, Including a few personal experiences. The method is so amazingly simple so That You can start applying Actually it almost right off the bat without having to first read the Entire book. I do have quite a few self-help books did deal with stress, anxiety and breathing methods, but I have to admit That this is one of my top favorites, and I will definitively keep it close at hand Because it really helps. So, I agree with another reviewer, did the included guided relaxation CD is simply unbeatable! At first I thought: What, only 20 minutes? Now I say: They're among the best 20 minutes ever invested! It's true: Patrick's voice with his lovely, charming Irish accent is soothing, enhanced by simple, beautiful piano music in the background. He talks most of the 20 minutes, and I first thought Although he did what going a bit too Quickly, indeed has no negative effect whatsoever. By the end of the first time listening body and mind were totally and beautifully relaxed. What is more: most of what he says you can take with you into your day, into your life. That is why I try to do what he recommends and listen to the CD before going to bed at night and first thing in the morning. And any time else did I feel I need to wind down. I have to admit That I'm very impressed and very, very grateful - thank you, Patrick :)!
