First, it is simple to understand and very didactic. But the habits described are simple to understand does not mean, far from it, they are easy to apply.
However, do not let this scare you trouble because this book is a goldmine. The first three habits, particularly, are in my opinion a very good sequential approach of personal development. They invite us to set our priorities, learn to distinguish what is really important in our life and make every effort to achieve our dreams.
It is thus opposed to many books that give us techniques to improve our efficiency without help us first define what you want to accomplish. It will therefore prevent us from drowning in the action without knowing where we are going.
What also makes the strength of this book is that it can be adapted to all areas of his life, including his relationship or family life. It is absolutely not restricted to managers even if they find it very useful.
One of the only negatives, however, is that this is a book quite some passages, fortunately few, can sometimes seem stodgy. I would recommend this book to book by step, especially since it is necessary to assimilate every habit and implement practical way before moving to the next.
Another downside is I think that the 4 and 6 habits are somewhat idealistic and sometimes may seem to lack practicality.
That said, for 23 euros, even if you had to remember that the first half of this book, the investment would be already more than repaid as it has the potential to transform you.
Strengths:
'Didactic
'Chain and sequential logic
Help to define its priorities and objectives
'Fits everyone and to all areas of life
'Can actually make a difference in your life
Weak points
'Relatively lopng some indigestible passages
'Habits 4 and 6 somewhat idealistic
