The shell can also be pleasantly anbirgen often and decrease again, but I suspect that they will then wear out over time. Who has the major part of the shell would therefore probably lose weight permanently better off with a plastic box.
I do not have that, however, because the disk, with the cap removed the shell wonderfully in my dock (Sharkoon QuickPort) fits - very convenient.
