Hinders the shifting Renault Scenic 2

This support fits perfectly in the CD player, with settings that allow a good use of the phone.
However, the CD player is just behind the gear lever Renault Scenic 2, the driver's hand falls systematically collides with the phone (especially when passing the 5th speed).
I found a tip tinkering a way to go up the phone, to move away the gear lever; suddenly, the use is nice.
But without this trick, this collision is really too annoying to drive!
