I have the knife with all the Holsters (with and without rotating clip), all variations of chains and bands tried with different hook and quick-release couplings that I can state the following:
The Handyman is best with a (in my shortened to 90 cm,) round laces (laces boots, as I have learned in the army) to attach it to the pants. The length should be set so that the blade of the knife in the unfolded state of the foot-worn shoe in any case at the case from the hand can not reach ;-)
The lace has the advantage that it does not scratch the handles as the steel chain or the belt holster. It is inexpensive, quiet, light, fast accommodate in the pants to cut quickly in an emergency, to be replaced quickly and flexibly.
Alternatively, for attachment to the belt loop of pants there in Victorinox shop (almost every well-stocked gunsmith has Victorinox products) to separately buying Victorinox snap hook of Victorinox knives chain (costs 1 euro around).
Who needs to open rare stoppered bottles and must have on the cork Dreher no small glasses screwdriver, which I can only guess for the Craftsman. The Craftsman has a good Phillips screwdriver instead of corkscrew.
