I wanted to protect myself from a just experienced damage: My old copy system was random 3 year old and the print heads (not dried) did not want to just 4,000 pages.

Ergo should let me know if there is (was not insured) in such a case, a use-related failure or whether it as a material error (were insured) will be evaluated. After about 30 minutes in the hotline, I received no answer to this question. Even the department could not or would not this actually take a stand.

I can only advise when copying and printing systems due to interpretation issues.
