How, but how?

Did this program brought to my four computers (2 Laptop, Desktop 2, all Win 7 64 bit)) to perform automatic backup and data and computer safe store less frequently used data to a central repository. Me
The installation on the server went smoothly and the first steps lead one safely through the configuration.
But then it came to installing the client software. This is called by selecting the server in the client's browser and then installed. In the first computer (desktop) that worked wonderfully. On my first laptop he downloaded the software to about 95% and then began this again to uninstall and then ultimately ends with an error message. The second laptop it installed without any problems, the second desktop installation ended again with the already mentioned error message. So two computers installed, the other two are still without access to the server.
This error occurs not only with me, but is portrayed on relevant sites on the Internet again.

What leads me to my judgment.
- The program is not mature and a connection from a client to the server not sure
- There are no German-language product description or manual
- Help pages on the Internet are all in English
- There is not even German-language literature for WHS 2011

If because the installation works, then it's a good program. The fact that half of my computers do not install Lies 2 star deduction. And another star deduction for the lack of any German-language support.

Addendum: Have my old backup computer (ASRock MoBo with XP 3000+) on Win 7 32 bit tries to integrate. First attempt failed second attempt succeeded then, after I had renamed the Connect software, so that I could enter the IP of the server manually. Why and why - no clue. Have tried all the tips from various Internet forums. The two outstanding hosts - an Acer laptop and a computer with a Gigabyte mobo and Intel Quad Core 2 E6600 - can, however, not include Partout. Maybe someone knows here the riddle?

One more thing. The server does not accept more than 8 GB of DDR3 RAM. Have found this by accident, when I wanted to incorporate 4 modules to 4GB depending on that I had left. Did he not accepted, although the motherboard used supports up to 32 GB.

Update 2: Have now found the riddle. On the two clients who were partout not be tied, I have manually disabled the Media Center. After that the installation went through correctly. After that, the media center reactivated. My request to Microsoft would be that this behavior should be described anywhere yet, or even better this happens automatically while installing connector.
