How to assess a power outlet?

The special thing about this garden socket is 10 m long cable. At the hardware store, they got those sockets with 1.5 m cable, which is not often enough. I have a 10 m cable outlet that laid underground, so need no further extension cords and accessories. That's a big plus in safety!
