The pillow has described a good quality but my pillow was way too high and much higher than in the description, so I had the contents of the bag partly empty so that the height of the pillow is reduced. This pillow was however very soft and thus "shaky" while sitting / meditate. Want to sit high for humans, it is certainly worth a recommendation, but who meditates in the lotus or half lotus throughout is certainly better off with a lower cushion. For me personally, it has unfortunately not fit because it was higher than described and I had to send the pillow back.
