I bought the display due to a defect of my device but it was unclear what exactly is the defect. My HTC One M7 has no display or image more so I then everything else excluded up on the screen as the cause. Yet since it started with sound and touch and worked the capacitive keys also I got to work to change the display. Unfortunately this was not the fault and the symptoms persisted. A brief contact with the HTC support lies close to a software defect. Accordingly, I, of course, you no longer need the new display and contacted the support which extremely nice, so to speak was almost friendly, and took back the items without any problems.
