All my stove to the most diverse coatings are damaged more or less rapidly. Just an oversight than a minute with a fire for an induction stove "stone coating" for cooking, fat, or ruined. I give up and go to stainless steel ... but very good quality and very thick. The inevitable happened as forgetfulness but I was surprised at the return to the initial state. Not thirty seconds through a cloth, of course! Five minutes to steel wool, rubbing hard, but the result is amazing. Like new. And I use two runs purchased, there is already a time for the series of Beka cookware. In normal operation, this pan attaches a little but is easy to clean. My other stoves have completely lost their special coatings and are not at all ... what they were!
