I broke two phones

Having recently bought a Lumia 735, which uses a nano sim card, I had to take a nano-micro adapter for my ascend p7. But here, the adapter is too big, the micro sim wearing broke, even without force. So I sent it back for service that has made me a new one. I was careful not to push too much for not just re-break, but with barely one millimeter of the adapter into the port of the phone, it has rightly recasse !!! I'll say what the service myself?
I do not recommend at all, if we could put 0 stars I would have done
