I bought this neck pillow, because I often woke up tense and often had headaches. Felt in the morning then getting whacked (had a 80x80 down pillows + small pillow). Did it only as described in the manual, be airing 24 and after a few nights then my neck / back has eased. Try it now for a few weeks and it is still in its original form, if it is deformed with time so I can not say, but I'm actually really happy with it.
