I have given away for Christmas this product with an ebook reader.
My Mum has the bag used less than 24 hours - as for Kobo Glo unsuitable (on / off switch is covered by the maintenance mechanism) my mother took this out of the bag - the back of the Reader is dyed from the pocket and looks as if it were years old ... I have notified Amazon - which can not go because no items from you. I have the dealer 4 Must times - no reaction - it sucks with such dealers!

Perhaps now what happened indeed !!!!
